Access to and use of the mg055 platform is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. mg055 reserves the right to verify compliance at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where these requirements are not satisfied.
Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on mg055 at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. mg055 will close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any associated Balance and Bonus Funds, and may permanently ban the User from the Platform.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. You must notify mg055 promptly of any change by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. mg055 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified mg055 of a suspected security breach in advance.
mg055 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the Platform are permitted:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by mg055 may result in temporary restriction of Account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal requests, until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting mg055 support. Pending Wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Any remaining real-money Balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request being processed.

Deposits via local bank transfer and all supported e-wallets are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of five (5) minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. mg055 does not impose a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges, for which mg055 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests to verified local bank accounts and e-wallets are processed within an average of three (3) minutes. During periods of high transaction volume, processing may take up to thirty (30) minutes. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including Indonesian public holidays. mg055 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
mg055 employs automated and manual fraud-detection systems. If a deposit or withdrawal is flagged as potentially fraudulent, involved in money laundering, or connected to any other financial crime, mg055 will freeze the relevant funds, suspend the Account, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. mg055 is not liable for any loss suffered by a User as a result of such a freeze where reasonable grounds for the action existed.
All bonuses, free bets, deposit-match offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives offered by mg055 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by product: sports bets at standard odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%; sports bets at odds below 1.50 contribute 0%; slot games contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%; all other games contribute as stated in the promotion terms.
mg055 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; using automated betting software or systems in connection with bonus play. Where bonus abuse is detected, mg055 reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, close the Account, and permanently ban the User from future promotions.
Bonus Funds and any associated free bets that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Account Balance without compensation. The standard validity period for general bonuses is seven (7) calendar days from the date of credit, unless otherwise specified.
